World Trigger

When interdimensional gates open and monsters called "Neighbors" invade Earth, the Border defense organization fights back using advanced weapons called Triggers. Osamu Mikumo, a low-rank Border agent, teams up with mysterious transfer student Yuma Kuga - who happens to be a humanoid Neighbor - in this tactical battle manga that emphasizes teamwork and strategy over raw power.
